Staff were fabulously helpful and we loved our time there. The hotel was set in a central area. Nice building and rooms with nice decoration. Breakfast was amazing and there was lots of food to choose from. Great service and good value.

The bed was not comfortable, that's my bad luck.

I stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was small, with ideal location next to The Museum of Natural History and Central Park. Delightfully helpful, outstanding employees. The room was gorgeous and had a natural lighting. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I loved fairly clean bathroom. Efficient check-in and perfect customer service.

Great value for money, very elegant hotel. Experienced staff, the room was amazingly clean and I liked exceptional location. Breakfast was absolutely superb with hot waffles, yogurt, cookies, tea and fresh fruit. Spacious beds, climate control, microwave and TV in the room. Great pool area too.
